This project involved building an end-to-end automated lead intelligence system that discovers businesses, enriches lead data, analyzes SEO and competitors, evaluates website performance, and assigns opportunity scores — all orchestrated through n8n. The pipeline replaces fragmented manual workflows with a single, scalable automation engine, delivering decision-ready lead data for sales and marketing teams.

The pipeline starts with automated business discovery, extracting fresh company data such as name, website, category, location, and contact information into a structured dataset.
Optimized Lead Enrichment Architecture
Instead of running enrichment per lead, a batched single-run enrichment strategy was implemented. Leads are grouped, enriched together, and synced back efficiently — reducing API calls and improving performance.

Each enriched lead is analyzed for organic visibility, keyword presence, competitors, and backlink strength, providing a clear view of market positioning.
